Available for purchase by State and local government entities in accordance with Section 833 Disaster Recovery Purchasing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act State and local government entities can purchase in accordance with Section 211 of the E-Government Act of 2002

Transportation
Tru Flare cartridges have been tested, classified, and approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation.  All kinds of ground transportation are permitted.  However, they must not be carried on passenger aircraft.  Air transport is only allowed on commercial aircraft.

 

The shipping and handling fee includes the FedEx Hazardous Materials charge.  To reduce your shipping cost, ask your local outdoor store to stock Tru Flare products.
